RV & Trailer Coordinator

The RV & Trailer Coordinator tracks campers who have Recreational Vehicles, Camper Trailers, & Camper Vans. They handle any coordination with the event required for approving a given vehicle and issuing a pass to the camper for the vehicle. They may also layout the various mobile housing that campers bring to stay in while at the event on the camp map. This role confirms that we have room for a given vehicle & ensures that the various units are placed to accommodate the campers' needs for space, access, and community. This role coordinates with the Infrastructure Lead, and other infrastructure leads to make camping with Camp Contact incredibly hygge.

Or, pods could be a squad, or a group of campers who are typically in another camp,but their camp isn't big enough to have a full presence or bring their gear to a burn. Don't over-think pods -- they are permeable and not meant to be particularly exclusive, they're more a cognitive tool to help understand the organization of camp as a whole. Sometimes pods choose to offer a particular piece of interactivity / special event or meal for camp.
