Thank you for your dues contribution!
Your dues cover food, water, gear transportation from DC, and the infrastructure and amenities we bring to create a glampy camp, including the kitchen, dome, DJ booth, and sound system. We also provide many basics in our general store if you forget something! We anticipate having a full shower available for campers this year including greywater collection!
The meal plan offers healthy vegetarian and carnivorous food options for Brunch and Dinner each day, as well as water and snacks. We provide beverages like tea and coffee, as well as sweetened and unsweetened electrolytes, but you may want to bring your own beverages and additional snacks. Camp does not provide alcohol, nor do we have a bar. You are welcome to bring your own inebriants and consume responsibly with us. If cost is a hardship please reach out and we'll see what we can do, we appreciate your generosity.
Take $65 off if you're not a part of the meal plan. You're still welcome to use our fridges, consume our beverages, and water. The cooking and meal prep areas, as well as basic amenities such as oils and spices, are available for your use. If you are bringing your own food, we ask that you cook your food during off-hours when the main meals aren't being prepared and leave the area cleaner than you found it.
Please make individual payments for each item you're paying for. If you're paying for two people to come, please send in separate payments for each of them. Or, if you're paying for a ticket and for dues, please send funds for the ticket and for the dues in separate payments. Thanks!

Refund Policy: Dues are fully refundable if you cancel before January 1st. After January 1st, a $50 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel after January 15th, 1/2 of your dues are refundable. Except for significant life circumstances, dues are not refundable after the Sunday before the event starts. You can also apply your dues to a future Camp event at any time!
