The Map maker coordinates with the camp lead and build team and the rest of camp to lay out the camp and situate RVs structures, etc. The mapmaker may then work to lay out the site and put out flags/ tape to show where various items belong.

Pods are "sub-camps" of a main camp, typically based around a practice, area of interest, geographical area. Or, pods could be a squad, or a group of campers who are typically in another camp,but their camp isn't big enough to have a full presence or bring their gear to a burn. Don't over-think pods -- they are permeable and not meant to be particularly exclusive, they're more a cognitive tool to help understand the organization of camp as a whole. Sometimes pods choose to offer a particular piece of interactivity / special event or meal for camp.
