Emotional Support Coordinator | Camp Contact at Love Burn

Heart Squad Leader. The creatrix of the blanket of love and safety that we all need from time to time so we can process our emotions. This role is for someone that can guide a team in best practices for holding space emotionally for our camp mates. (2 positions Build/Event and Event/Strike) The coordinators would also be a space holder specifically for the Emotional Support team to allow them to process their experiences in the role.

Don't over-think pods -- they are permeable and not meant to be particularly exclusive, they're more a cognitive tool to help understand the organization of camp as a whole.
